2 Peter & Jude: Contend for the Faith is unavailable, but you can change that!

What does active faith look like in the midst of struggle? When false teachers threatened the spiritual health of the early church, Jude and Peter urgently called early Christians to faithful lives that demonstrated mercy, love, and wisdom. These books show us what it means to grow in faith and respond to the love that Christ has for us.

Pray that the idea of Jesus returning would give you perspective on your current circumstances and practices. Read all of 2 Peter 1. Reflect on 2 Peter 1:4–15. Peter lists a sequence of connections between faith and other virtues (2 Pet 1:5–7). Take time to write down this sequence on a small card and carry it in your pocket this week as a reminder of what Jesus intends for you to be.
